            HELPING HANDS SUMMER DAY CAMP

 

GreenHouse Support Inc mission is to bring awareness, resources, assistance, food, clothing and HOPE to the residentially displaced families and individuals. However, after serving the Candler Rd Decatur area, the happiness that we experience from the kids and their parents stole our hearts. To see a kid light up just to have life’s basic essentials let my team and I know that this would be the community we will adopt. The Decatur area has some amazing families, so we wanted to make sure we bring something fun, educational, and exciting to them this summer. The Helping Hands Summer Day Camp is a safe space for youths ages 5yrs old – 13yrs old to come. The youths will work on enhancing their reading skills, sharpen their math skills, and allow their scientific imagination nation to run wild. The youth will enjoy 2 nutritional meals and 2 snacks daily. Each family will also receive a meal for the family to take home each night. The youths also will experience several educational and fun activities outside of the center. The youths will go on field trips each Friday of the camp. The summer will culminate with a BIG back to school bash on August 4, 20223.
